This project was realised as part of the 2010 European Capital of Culture project. A concert hall with a capacity of 999 people, whose design makes it also suitable for conferences and balls, was installed in the building. The mechanical engineering system was designed and constructed in line with the desired functions, in such a way that it can be regulated according to individual operating states.
