The design task concerned the mechanical engineering design of the entire project, including heating, comfort cooling, and ventilation systems. The design of the building began in 2015.

The project is being carried out in several phases: completion of Phase I is expected for the end of 2017.

The building is being constructed with BREEAM certification, for which we participated in mechanical engineering tasks.
